ArtUntitled.com is a key element in an initiative for artist rights and intellectual property issues. The objective of the project is to disseminate information about artists' legal rights and responsibilities, and provide resources for effectively utilizing that knowledge. 

Artists are encouraged to become aware of their rights, understand what additional legal protection may yet be needed, and learn more about using the systems that presently exist.  ArtUntitled.com hopes to inspire artists to become more involved, politically and practically, in creating a better system to promote and support the progress of the arts.

This website contains information and resources related to laws that effect the arts and artists, strategies for protecting artwork, as well as opinion and editorial articles on various topics.  The information that is presented will evolve, growing to include more comprehensive resources and subject matter areas over time.  The website is intended to be a starting point for learning about the issues and promote further independent research.

ArtUntitled.com does not receive any payments from users.  It does not solicit for or manage artist’s property, nor does it provide any legal services.
